Runa was my first experience of an abused rescue dog.  She had been badly treated as a pup and suffered a broken leg along with many other issues which took a lot of time and patience to mend.

She was originally born on the streets of Constanta, Romania and similar to Max and Mae had spent the early part of her life terrified of humans.

She has now happily settled into a dog-spoilt home where she spends more time upside down on the couch than she does outside, a far cry from her street dog lifestyle previously.
