After at least 10 years of asking for a dog, my dreams came true when Mam appeared with a little 5 month old puppy for my 14th Birthday. Joey the Jack Russell x Springer Spaniel has not aged since then and apart from the odd grey hair is still the same loveable scamp.

I couldn't have asked for a better first dog, he has taught me a lot and gave me my passion for rescue dogs.
